Well Will I would agree with you, because I have done that. But I have found that it makes others in need of the Stress Management(as in my mom and older sister).

Ophie, I would have to say that the bobbing up and down is what does me in. (plus the thought of others doing it=)

Funny I usually don't get stressed out cause I'm the one stressing other People out! HA!
No but really If I am stressed out I usually read a book and listen to a track from Braveheart.
