You're on fire... no, really!

Just when you think everything is normal, quite, and relaxing... you get sent a little challenge to "liven" it up!

I was just grabbing my library book from my room and was heading out to the living room to spend some time with it. I had to go through the kitchen first and I'm so glad I did. As I was walking down our long hallway, there was a strange smell, like plastic... or smoke... or fire...
I calmly walk into the kitchen - I swear I wasn't expecting anything, then I saw it.

Flames.

   Big flames, that reached to the ceiling...

"Oh, nononononononono"  I said, not panicking I'm proud to say, I was more angry that fire would dare to set foot unwelcomed into my pyro family home then scared. I jumped the 4 feet to our island counter where a plastic bag and apron were ablaze, as they were to close to our gas stove. I graped a corner of the apron that wasn't on fire to pulled away but it was surprisingly hot (yeah Lib, it's fire you idiot), and all I had was the library book as my weapon. "dang. Poor thing"  I remember thinking as I hit the flames repeatably with it. I finally got the fire out, and then the smoke alarm went off.
Helpful huh?
That's when I looked at the book (pic below as shown shortly after).

So now I have a crispy book that I'm not sure what my library going to think about it, and slightly scorched fingertips that I don't mind, but at least I was there. I thank God that he allowed me to help out my family in this small but big way. It could have been worse. =\

Stay Random!

Urgent Prayer Request! Please PRAY!

I am asking all bloggers to pray for a little newborn baby, whose name is PJ. This morning his parents brought him into the hospital with a bad case of jaundice, and now he is in the NICU for blood transfusions. Please, I implore you to pray hard for little PJ’s health and for peace of mind for his adoring family.

Pass on the Good News!

Tiny Tim (as we have taken to calling him) his well and at home.

Praise be to God!

It seems that he was healed on the way there, and that the doctors were confused about why he was even there!

Thank you SO much to all of you who prayed for him, God counted them and made it so.

Let us praise Him!

More Info- Prayer Still needed!

So, I still don't know much, but I know know that at the time doctors didn't know where exactly the blood was coming from, they think either his mouth or throat...still waiting though.

I'll update when I know more...

Thank you so much again for the prayers.

Prayer Request!!!

So you all know about our new cousin Timothy, right? (See earlier post) Well I just got word that he needs prayer. I don’t have most of the details but I do know it has something to do with little Timothy bleeding inside, and is being sent to a children’s Hostile in Boise this morning.

So we (as in my whole family) would like to ask you to pray.
For Timothy, that the doctors could find out what is wrong, for them to deal with that with steady hands and clear minds, for my aunt (who is still recovering from the C-section) and my uncle (work is really taking him over, he’s in the AirForce). Please also pray for my grandmother who is there with the other 2 kids, my cousin do don’t know yet what is happening (seeing as the oldest is 6/7).

Thank you so much.

God Bless

I have been Blessed

I have been blessed, beyond what I ever thought was possible.

God, thank you for family and friends.
I don't know what I would do without them.

I hope we never grow too old to have adventures, let us have them until we are hunched up and gray! Never let the wrinkles stop us, never let the aching bones. Never let these friendships fail.
I love ya guys!

For your Enjoyment

It has been proven that Little Puffs for toddlers are not child-proof.

Watch this video of my little brother, scientifically proving this point.

Timber Wolves Football Game Score

The Wolves have victory again!
Score was yesterday 8 to 26.
We have the best couches ever. They yell and all that but they really care for us too. Its about our future.

Here are some more pics from the game before last(yesterday it was just pouring down bucket fulls of rain)
My number is number 78 and I play both defence and offence tackle. Its hard and great at the same time. Each game I come home battered and bruised but I still love it!

(You can sort'a see me in this one)
Until the next game!

Camping Trip 2009. Part 1

So this is our trip, and because my computer is acting up right now I can only show a few of the pictures.

So we went to Mossyrock Dam Park for 4 days of camping fun. And we did have fun, but we were all glad when we went home. But thats only because it rain for 3 days out of the 4 that we were there. Unfortunately the pictures and movies I can't get on right now are the ones that have the rain and us swimming in the rain and playing in the rein and driving in the rain and...well you get the picture.

We joked that this rock was the Mossyrock. XD Notice the small speckles.

These caves are right next to the dam, the dam was on the left, out of this picture. But we were not allowed to swim here. Bummer!

This is one side of the dam, on the lake side. This is what I saw when at our campsite.

This is the sign, covered with paint form paintball guns.

Here's the top of the dam...

And the bottom

This was taken from the sign at the site.

Here is our tent day 1, when it wasn't raining

And this was day 4, notice the only dry spot under the tent and tarp.

These are the views from our tent,

The boys the first day

And because it rained so much, we watched movies on my dad's Notebook/Laptop computer...thingy.

So I have a game for you all. I will give some quotes from the movies that we watched and you can guess what they were. I don't know if there will be a prize, maybe if I think of something, or if someone gives me a idea. But we'll see.

So here's the first quote that we watched the first day:

One guy to another guy: "Those eggs were a lie, Esqueleto. A LIE! They give me no eagle powers! The give me no nutrients!"

The second movie quote:

First dude: "Are all Yanks as anxious as you to get themselves killed Pilot Officer?"

Second dude: "Not anxious to die Sir. Just anxious to matter."

Third movie quote:

First guy: "There are 72,519 stones in my walls. I've counted them many times."

Second guy: "But have you named them yet?"

Forth movie quote:

One guy to big crowd: "I would hope you would support who we are. Not, who we are not. These six individuals have made a choice to work, a choice to sacrifice, to put themselves on the line 23 nights for the next 4 months, to represent you, this high school. That kind of commitment and effort deserves and demands your respect. This is your team."

Fifth movie quote:

One man to a group: "...I cannot and I will not recant. Here I stand!"

So comment your guesses, and in a few days I'll give the answers. Good luck!

~~~~~
These are all out of order and I wish this silly computer would work for once. But here is half of the pictures, I will try and get the rest soon.
Later all
Football is Almost Here
So Football will be starting soon for me.
I did football for the first time last year and really liked it. I will be playing at the same school as last year, Ceder Heights.
(we're the Timer Wolves)
Last year I was left tackle and I played both defence and offence. I am really looking forward to this year.
I start in 11 days, which is the hardest. For 3 days all you do is running, stretching, drills and lots more of the whole running thing. I'm getting tired just thinking about it.
But then I'll get my uniform(if I make the cut that is) and then we'll be playing 6 games(I think).
here are some pics from last year
(this is me and a friend )
(the end of a game, we are the white team)
We’ve Retuned from an Adventure with Fire, Rain, and Pointy Sticks.
(Did the title get you here?)
So we are back!
This is of sorts our second camping trip (we have done more in the past but now its a tradition every year). But if I believed in luck and all that I would think that we have the most rotten and unbelievable luck on the planet!
Last year we had 50mph winds Plus rain(it would of been fine with just one of them but both at the same time was a little too much). And this year it rained over half the week. We had 1 1/2 days of sunshine then the sinister clouds covered the beautiful sun from all its glory and sent down its fury on us poor campers. In tents. While it rained. I'm tired.
But I have pictures and some videos to share, but I first have to upload them to the computer. (WARNING: that might take some time. I have never done it before)
So see you all later and I hope you all had a great week. Even with the rain we did have fun.
-Lib and Jare
EDIT
I was just thinking that I have a lot to catch up on so will see what happens!
"Yikes!"
It got to 108 digress outside today(the picture above was earlier today)! That's a record in my hometown.
What was the temperature from where you are?
We went to the river today to stay cool, (it was freezing!) and played for about 2 hours. I now have bloody knuckles and knees. Really sharp rocks don't ya' know?
Also, go to Will's blog and enter his True Cowboy/Cowgirl contest!
(this picture is in honor of him, seeing as he likes horses so much)
How many horses are there??
Here's another one. Just one deer...or two?
Later all.
100th Post!!!
Yeah!!!
(*Boom! B'boom! Doom! Doom!*)
This is our 100th post and we're still bookin' it!
This is the big thing that I was making y'all to guess for.
But so we have been blogging now for 4 months (we're not counting May because that was only one post because of out media fast). We've covered a lot of ground and plan on still doing so. We've covered sports, pranks, jokes, short real-life stories, more jokes, tons of videos and more that you can/have read for yourself!
Thanks to all of you who have been with from the beginning (which wasn't that long ago so I think that counts everyone!).
I personally have learned a lot. First how to even start a blog, how to put a playlist on, how to put things on the sidebar. How to make uploading pictures go really fast(just push Edit Html and it goes by 10 times faster on my computer, and then you can move them around too!).How to move a post. How to do screenCaps. How to make cool letters with the keyboard (i.e. Î. A. Ñ. Ë. Ò. ú .ø .ü, which I know is sort of silly of me, seeing how I probably won't ever use them!). And I found out that the MacDonald’s $1 sweet tea is So good...but that has nothing to do with blogging. =P
We've gotten to know you all, made friends through the computer (which I thought would never happen).
Its been fun.
I (Lib) had an account longer then Jare. But then he said that he want to have one because his friend had gotten a blog. So I said I was fine with sharing (our family has used up all our email address already). And its been a lot of fun.
So lets just sit back and see what comes in the future!
(But I guess I can’t relax, if there will be post now can I)
