Hi!! I was on Hannah(Aspire) blog and I saw that you were wondering how to do screen caps. I only know how to do them on PC's(I don't have a mac). Look on your keyboard for the button labled PRTSC SYCRQ or Print Screen SYC RQ. Press it then go on to paint or an other photo editing program and paste it. Well I hope that helped!!PS I will vote for your friend.
